AUTOMATIC LINE FOR FROZEN PIZZAS

Following an over ten years of positive experience with RAMA machines, one of the most important frozen food manufacturers in Europe has commissioned us several lines for the packaging of pizzas in cardboard boxes with subsequent stacking system.

The positive collaboration with our partner companies has also allowed us to have an overall highly automated solution.

The management of the cardboard warehouse is completely automated through the use of collaborative robots that unpack the blanks to feed the warehouses of the RAMA machines.

The RAMA horizontal cartoners, equipped with an automatic format change system connected to the customer’s management system, synchronize the incoming pizzas, load and subsequently close the cartons.

In consideration of the speed and the multiple configurations required, RAMA has studied and proposed an innovative, flexible and fully automatic system for the stacking of the cartons before the bundling line with plastic film wrapping supplied by one of our partner companies.

The interesting aspect of these lines is the high degree of automation, the flexibility and the integration of solutions brought by different suppliers who have positively collaborated to finalize the required goal.
