COFFEE CAPSULES MULTIPLE PACK: IT’S YOUR CHOICE

A complete Rama line installed in the coffee world had been that at one of the biggest Italian coffee producer. The necessity was to pack their capsules in flow-packs containing 5 pieces, into carton box and finally in wrap-around case.

The packing machine produces capsules grouped in five-pack flow-packs by ULMA machine.
Packed capsuled are loaded by DELTA type RAMA picker into the horizontal cartoning machine pitches and automatically inserted into pre-glued carton boxes containing two or three flowp-packs each.
The wrap-around machine packs the carton boxes into wraparound cases with pre-cut for an easy opening in the supermarket.
