RM-199C1

The machine type RM 199C1 is built on heavy-duty tubular stainless steel frame, modular philosophy construction in order to have an easier transportation and positioning operations.
It is suitable to pack cans or bottles into boxes of different sizes (boxes containing from 4 to 24 products).
The boxes will be made starting from flat blank, with lateral flaps closed with hot melt applied by means of guns spraying system.
Main features include:
- long & low level cartons magazine permitting to the operator an easy blanks loading
- rotary cartons feeder
- boxes erecting rotary unit provided with vacuum suckers, acting on the top, and vacuum acting on the bottom, to obtain the box positive erection.
Products are loaded into the carton by means of side moving pushers for maximum products stability.
Motorization is composed by servomotors with speed electrical variation.
