The ready meals packaging line has been created by Rama Company to satisfy the requirements to pack trays containing ready meals, where the product is directly in contact with the polythenated carton.
The line is composed by a forming machine suitable to erect trays closed by welding the polythene by means of hot air and, after the product loading from the customer, a closing machine is suitable to the closure or lid application by welding always by means of hot air.
This pack advantage is that you can put it directly into the oven or into the microwave oven.
